With over 20 years’ experience working in the investment banking industry, Ray is highly conversant and experienced in all areas of mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, including a significant track record of transactions in the metals and mining, industrials and property sectors.

Ray is a non-executive director of Indago Energy Limited and a number of private companies. Ray is former director and head of the corporate finance department of Patersons Securities Limited in Sydney.

Stephen has a B.E (Mechanical) from the University of Adelaide. He has a diverse petroleum industry experience across reservoir, development, operations and exploration developed through his 38 year career with Santos Ltd. Notably he led the company in gaining a foothold in CSG and other Unconventionals, including the 2005 acquisition of Tipperary Oil & Gas, the concept of CSG to LNG and evaluating plays and acreage with the potential to deliver reserves.

Stephen is a non-executive director of Advent Energy and Elixir Petroleum. He is an Adjunct Professor for CCSG (Centre for Coal Seam Gas) at UQ, and Deputy Chair – Petroleum for Queensland Exploration Council and a member of Core Energy & Resources Pty Ltd Technical Advisory Council. He has been Chairman of SPE Australian/NZ Council, Chairman SA Section of SPE, member APPEA Operating and Safety Committee, President of QUPEX, and member CCSG Strategic Advisory Board.

Gordon has over 30 years’ experience as a solicitor and counsel working with energy and resources companies in Australia and overseas and is the current Chairman of Partners at Piper Alderman, leading both their International and Energy & Resources Groups.

Gordon is a skilled advisor in relation to corporate governance and compliance issues, company takeovers and schemes of arrangement and has represented companies and directors on all facets of major corporate transactions and commercial litigation. Gordon guided the growth and development of Eastern Star Gas from start-up through to its acquisition by Santos for $900 million.

Gordon is a Member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Law Society of Queensland and The Law Society of NSW.

Greg has over 30 years of experience in the Energy, Oil and Gas sectors including technical, commercial and executive roles. He is an experienced director with commercial, strategy, corporate finance and legal experience. Greg has gained valuable business experience in delivering large, complex oil and gas projects and has, along the course of his career, also carved out strong strategic vision and been involved in numerous M&A activities.

Greg is the non-executive Chairman of Warrego Energy (ASX:WGO). He is also the Managing Director and a Main Board Director for Clarke Energy Group (A Kohler Company) for the past 18 years. Clarke Energy are a privately owned, multinational power solutions company specialising in the engineering, installation and maintenance of power plants and gas compression stations, operating in 28 countries. He is also currently Chairman of Young Presidents Organisation Gold (YPOG) Chapter in South Australia.

David is a highly experienced professional with 32 years in the oil and gas sector and has been involved in the development of a number of major conventional and unconventional projects. He has a wide range of experience in the oil and gas sector and brings global expertise in petroleum exploration, appraisal, development and production gained in Australia, North America, United Kingdom and Europe. David worked at Origin Energy for 13 years and held several positions with his final role being the Appraisal and Development Manager of Origin’s Queensland coal seam gas business for the upstream business portion of the APLNG Project. More recently, David worked at Shell for more than five years in a variety of senior roles which followed the natural progression of the CSG industry, ranging from roles as Appraisal Manager, Vice President Central Asset and Production General Manager.

Milton brings over 30 years’ experience to his role as CFO and CCO with Galilee Energy, having held senior commercial and finance roles in a range of listed oil and gas companies both domestically and abroad. Prior to joining Galilee, Milton spent 13 years with Santos Ltd where he held the position of Vice President Commercial in Indonesia for five years, as well as being Country Manager in Vietnam for one year along with other senior commercial and business development roles in Australia. He also spent eight years in the United Kingdom based in London and Aberdeen in senior finance and commercial roles with Premier Oil, Hess Corporation and Burlington Resources. Milton is responsible for corporate finance, business development, planning, insurance and IT at Galilee. He is a fellow of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia.

Andrew Ritter was appointed as Company Secretary in November 2022. He has over 20 years of international finance and governance experience, with 15 years as CFO and Company Secretary of publicly listed global technology organisations. Andrew is Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed and unlisted public companies.

Mr Ritter is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the International Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
